En 2023, la part des ventes de logements neufs atteignait encore 14,8 %, contre 22,1 % en 2019.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 1rem;\">Ce d\u00e9clin est particuli\u00e8rement visible \u00e0 Bruxelles, o\u00f9 seulement 2,1 % des transactions concernent des appartements neufs.
